Northlight Advisory Services does not recommend tools because they are popular; only because they fit the specific operation.

Northlight Vault is a free Windows desktop application built by Northlight Advisory Services that lets users browse files across Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox in a single interface without switching tabs or apps. Northlight Vault is read-only by design — it finds and opens files but does not move, edit, or delete them. Northlight Vault requires no account beyond existing cloud service logins and stores no files or credentials. Northlight Meetings is a Windows desktop application being built by Northlight Advisory Services that records client calls, transcribes them using Groq Whisper, and runs AI analysis to extract action items, key decisions, and follow-up dates. Northlight Meetings then pushes structured notes to Google Drive, tasks to ClickUp, and events to Google Calendar automatically. Northlight Meetings is coming soon.
